Introduction
Leisure Services are reviewing the Access to Leisure & Learning Scheme to identify how the scheme can be improved to encourage greater usage amongst existing members and how to attract new members.
The project involves analysis of the Access to Leisure & Learning database, to identify the profile of who is, and who is not, using the scheme.
This is being followed by a survey of 2,335 current main members to find out usage patterns and suggestions for improvement.
