8 Jan 10- 30 Jun 10
Introduction
This survey is open for completion by any LGB and/or Trans individuals who live in, work in, or visit the South West of England.
It asks for your experiences of being a LGB and/or Trans individual and how these have affected you and impacted on the choices you have made at each stage of life from childhood to retirement.
The survey can be accessed at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/6G7QZZS
or by following the link to the right of this page.
Please complete and return your survey by 30th June 2010.
This survey is a great opportunity for LGB&T people to have their voice heard on all sorts of issues, such as health, homophobia, identity, participation, and what it's like to be lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender living in all parts of the region.
We want the results of this survey to be used by Local, Health and Police authorities, and others to help them to understand the issues and needs of LGB and Trans people in their communities and shape the services they deliver.
All the information you give will be treated in the strictest confidence and no individuals will be identifiable in any report.
To find out more, or for help in completing your survey, please telephone Equality South West for confidential assistance on 01823 250833.
