Customer Services Telephone Satisfaction Survey

Introduction

Customer Services are conducting an ongoing satisfaction survey to monitor the perceptions and experiences of Customer Services.

Service users will be selected at random and asked to take part in a telephone survey.

The results will be analysed on a quarterly basis to measure customer satisfaction and monitor perceptions of the service provided. These will be compared over time and by the service contacted to determine where improvements are needed.

The results for 1 September 2007 - 31 March 2009 are available on the website.
