Results
Respondents were asked what their impression is of the Borough of Poole (BoP) as an employer - 48% perceive BoP as being a ‘very good’ or ‘good’ employer. More women (55%) than men (45%) perceive BoP as a ‘good’ employer. Respondents were asked whether they would consider working for the Borough of Poole, 46% said ‘Yes’ and 6% of respondents currently work for the Council.
