Poole Residents Survey 2003
The Poole Residents Survey 2003 was conducted in Autumn 2003.
This survey is required by Government and is carried out by all Councils every 3 years. It is designed to tell us how well you think the Council is performing, how you rate our key services and what you think about living in Poole. It is a major opportunity for the Council to listen to people's views and to respond by directing resources where they are needed - and, as every Council conducts such a survey at the same time using the same questions, we can compare how we are doing against other Councils.
3,000 questionnaires were delivered to a randomly selected sample of households across Poole and a 48% response was achieved.
The Council will repeat the survey this Autumn.
