Results
We asked whether you had cause to complain about the Council in the last 3 months prior to the survey. Results showed that 14% of you had complained. Of those of you who had made a complaint 30% of you were satisfied with the outcome of the complaint. 43% were satisfied with how the complaint was handled. Marbellys Bayne-Azcárate
