Bournemouth and Poole Primary Care Trust are undertaking a review of orthopaedic services and wanted to know your views on these services and suggestions on how they could be improved. Your views and suggestions on improvements would be used in the planning of future services in the local area. All service aspects were extremely important to you, however the top two were hospital maintains high standards of cleanliness and hospital has a low infection rate. You were asked what would be the most important improvement to the service you would like to see made for the benefit of the patient. The 3 most common suggestions made by you were:
37% of you regarded the Royal Bournemouth Hospital as either very or fairly convenient and 49% of you regarded the hospital as very or fairly inconvenient.
